if it can still power up then u can use dm to do a backup and restore to other phone * +

if not then try and open it,lightly brush the corrosion caused by the water with a tooth brush and methylated spirits then blowdry, it shud wrk cos that's what cell phone techs do. never tried it yet but my buddy's e tech and told me to do so. got a water dmged e series nokia I'm supposed to do it on but too lazy * +

I agree with riyaazct, as long as it can power up, even if the screen etc. is not working, u should be ok. The other option is to send it to the National Intelligence Agency, and tell them u got incriminating evidence against Malema on the phone, and u should be home free. * +

The only other option is to try and get the phone repaired, but it might b easier said than done. I know the services is a bit limited in Ibadan. Good luck! *
