i wanted to know if its possible 4 da network (cellc) to block a certain internet site from a user? also i started pickin up 3G in my area 4 da past 2wks n 2day all of a sudden its disappeared. * +

Yes, it is possible, and if it got to do with illegal software that might have a bearing on provider services and or infrastructure, it will be blocked. * +

No, they won't block . They block potential threats, like anonymiser sites, basically any site that will allow u to screw them, its kinda hard to explain. * +
