if the error message is intermittent n not permanent then your phone isn't blocked or blacklisted. if the phone was blocked or blacklisted the sim card would not work full stop. I would recommend u ring up your network or pop into one their stores n see if u can swap over your number to a new 3G sim card * +

i don't know if 64K is 3G I've heard the term before but if u say your sim is old I think u should contact your network or go to a network store and ask them to move your mobile number to a new sim card that is 3G * +
