go to options then somewhere @ the bottom there's an option to restore/backup contacts, choose restore and the option to restore frm device then it opens the folder it saved to by default then u jst choose one of the files u c there. * +

its not supposed to disappear though, if u upgrade it loads the cont, list automatcly. if it didn't then u most probly have nothing saved. but still try the above * +

the app normally does so by default, go to ur file manager,device,home,user,Im,blackberry messenger and then youl c a folder with ur pin go into it then go to backups. do this from ur bbm app * +
