Finally i found someone from customer care that was honest with me. If u download too much, they put a cap on your BIS, resulting in slow browsing and download speeds. The only way to fix this is to insist that they reset your service books, and they got no choice but to do it for you. * +

Here is the thing, they got to do it on their side, to reinstall your os wont help. You gotta call them to do it. Hope this info helped a bit. * +

Insist that they reset your service books, as you pay for this service. Dont take cr*p like time of day, server congestion etc. Let them reset it, end of story. Then you will be up to speed again. * +

Ps, thats a free nr to customer care in SA, and it is for Vodacom. For other carriers, just call customer care, it works the same. * +

Thanx for not saying thanx. Anyway, there is no official cap set on bis, and therefore no shame in asking them to reset your service books. My current dl speed is 155 kbs, but a bit earlier i hit 214 kbs whilst downloading kingston town from kohits. * +

Ok, I found a better way. Just google how to reset blackberry service books. As it turns out, u might not need to call customer service. * +
