This might help a bit. Go to device, service books, and delete the first from the bottom internet browsing sb2. * +

I'm in Cape Town and since last week, still getting no more than 11-20 kbs. It's infuriating really. Getting to 60 percent download then it breaks n gotta start all ova agn. I hope it'll be fixed soon. * +
