i don't know about any dl problems on the 9800, i can upgrade in August and must also choose between 9780 and 9800, in some forums i read the 9780 is better when it comes to batt, but then again, the 9800 with the bigger screen, bigger mem card and touch and keypad looks great ! * +

I use a 9780 now n I've used a Torch... I prefer my 9780 heaps more n I find it better looking n more functional n easier to handle * +
