just downloaded new BBM update. I really want Blackberry to make a radical new update where u can do stuff... anyone have ideas what Blackberry can do to improve BBM? cause there's a few rival instant messaging apps catching up... * +

There's only so much they can do to an IM app, even the guys who do WhatsApp seem to be lost, its still got one fugly UI. What BB could do with BBM is probably intergrate it with FB and Twitter in some creative way maybe even tie in with your Messaging app and Contacts so you have all your communication needs covered in BBM. * +
