Blackberry OS 7 became official yesterday, it brings with it an improved Web browser with HTML5 video support, Docs To Go, and other new goodies in BES. Unfortunetly NONE of the current BBs will recieve OS7, not even the new 9780 nor the Torch9800, they will all remain on OS6, 9900 and 9930 will come with OS7 devices after them to: http://is.gd/7l5i7G * +

that is what they say but i don't believe that, think they will release os 7 for the 9800 and 9780 once the new models are released, it was the same story with the 9700 but now it runs on OS 6 - it is just a matter of time, sit and wait... * +

if they do that then their customers would lose trust in em. n that would give em bad sales. who wants a device that won't get updated?. seem like they're taking android's approach. that's y I never got the lil robot * +

r33p3r yeah your right! I believe its just a matter of time that they'll release an os7 update for bold 9780 and torch 9800. I remember them stating clearly that bold 9700 wouldn't run on Os6 but they later released an upgrade. Its just a matter of time though * +
