in holster is if you put it into a BlackBerry pouch to stop it getting scratched or damaged in your pocket, they have a little magnet in that the phone senses and it turns off screen and changes settings. hope that made sense. * +

I don't have a holster when I tried it in holster I got no sound when I did it out of holster it rung like normal but still quiet *
