ive tried adding my friends and theyve tried adding me using each others pins but i just get a pending message.......any1 any idea how 2 solve this? * +

try a battery pull for around 30 secs... then try go into options, advanced options, host routing table then click on Blackberry logo b*tton and then click on register. from the sound of it im sure u already have your Blackberry bundle or service on too, u just need to refresh the services im sure * +

ok ive refreshed the service and that hasnt worked, ive deleted bbm and now when i try to log into the app store it says authenticating 4 a while and then says unable to connect to the blacberry network and to check my settings * +

u can download latest BBM from Blackberry mobile homepage... but i dont know why your blackberry wont log into your app world. u may be best off ringing customer services from another phone to help fix it or go to your local network shop. * +

ok ive installed the blackberry app store on my laptop and ive installed both facebook and bbm to my handset, it now doesnt connect to either app, do u have any idea what connection i should be using to connect or should it connect automatically? * +

if you have GSM or gprs then you have no data plan. if you have GPRS in upper case then i'd get your service provider to push an update to your device. it sounds like you don't have an active data plan for BIS * +
