agrees with Cr55dan. if your internet or connections have never worked since getting the phone then u probably havent got the Blackberry Internet Service which is what u neen for things like BBM, Facebook app and browsing. u can use WIFI but ideally u need BIS for round the clock any time use * +

tank you guys, ill give orange a call, both apps have worked in the past but since the last bb update ive had nothing, gprs works so hopefully its down to orange and not something ive altered on my handset * +

if u on Orange payngo make sure u keep topping up every month to keep the Blackberry service active cause its a five pound bundle payment every month * +

thank you for your help, ive been into the shop and they put me on to the people at blackberry, apparently orange network updates can disrupt the blackberry settings and that appears to be what has happened * +
