how can i turn of programs still running *

hold down Blackberry logo b*tton for about 3 or 4 secs then it should show a row of apps still running. click on a running app logo that u wish to turn off... go into the options of that app n then go to exit or close. never leave a app by pressing the red b*tton unless u need to multi task *
