why is my BB curve 8520 so slow on internet browsing? .. Is it the model? .. Which BB is the fastest for Internet? .. thanx .. ps . my 4 year old SE 810i is 50 times faster! * +

The 8520 is slower because it runs on edge,gprs uploading opera mini will make it go faster or using wifi! The 9700 and 9300 etc all are 3g and therefore run faster on the internet. Hope this helped a bit * +

plus clear ur cache regularly in the browser options n dont have too many apps running at same time... * +

well well mitzz I had this phone 4 months n NEVER cleared my cache! . I followed ur instructions and cleared it .. How often shud I do that? . As for you Ruby ur a gem x . I did download Opera and this is faster also .. THANX! * +

You could always buy a mifi pay as you go, which comes at a good price from 3 with 3gb preinstalled. Glad i could of been of help * +

do it daily... the unwanted memory cloggs up your phone... there are other tips in this forum when combined together makes using your BB fast n smooth... to check what apps are running in the background hold down the BB logo b*tton... * +
