go on the Blackberry Desk Top Manager... there u can uninstall applications n languages to increase phone memory. some applications u can just delete by highlighting in the phone n pressing options. i prefer to do it this way. for example i deleted all Games, Help app, Tasks... theres many things that u may not need * +

if you want to delete large parts of text, or copy and paste. hold down aA b*tton then scroll across text you want to copy then use menu b*tton to copy. or simple hit del to get rid of it all. * +
