*puts his hand up*. Lol yep, filled my works diesel transit with 60 litres of unleaded tonight. Not recommended. Spent the evenin waitin for recovery, drainin the tank and tryin to bleed the system. Fun fun fun. Ford well known for being a to bleed. Any posts of( numpty) will be justified * +

cost, 200 quid for the recovery and work and 63 quid wasted petrol. Boy am i gonna be popular at work monday. Such a common reason for recovery they have a set price. Guy says he does 3-4 each week, including one of the other drivers a couple of months ago. Didn't feel so bad about it after he told me that * +

Lmao campa! i do atleast 2 cases a week.. Petrol in a diesel can b quite costly, especialy commen rail! D electronic injectors dnt like petrol thru them.. They die instantly! I make ma parts target each mnth by just selling landrover injectors. Td5 is 5k each.. (x5 fo 5cyl!) td4 is 6k each! 3.0 ranger is 10k fo set of 4.. Its incredible wat maintanance on commenrails costs. * +

I put half a tank of petrol in my old diesel octavia few yrs bak, filled rest of tank to neck with diesel and it was fine, little smoky in mornin but no harm done... * +
