Anyone know why the DVLA sent my payment back? I sent for a new provisional license after a 12month with a cheque for 65quid, they sent me the new license and a cheque for 65quid! am not complainin jus dont get it. *

I guess the fee may only stand for brand new drivers? It cost nothing to upgrade from a provisonal to the full one, so looks like its the same going backwords! *
