Well a secondhand 1.6 vtec motor will cost anything from R6500 up to R8500 and then ur not gaurenteed of its condition,think pistons shouldnt be more than 1.5k a set,2k at the most * +

The EP3 parts ain't cheap like any typer parts. Your best bet is to try and get a new engine for it if the pistons are shot * +
