Its worn out . Theres a load of tumblers inside which are pre set to the cut of the key . Only takes 1 tumbler to break and either the key jams or it wont slide in * +

is ur steering lock on? Pull the steering wheel around while tryna turn the key * +

I had dat problem 1c. Its ur tumblers dat are worn out. U need 2 replace da barrel. I removed da barrel and started it wid a screw driver. Bcareful not to lock ur steering wheel. If u do lock da steering wheel, just open da cover n remove da big pin to unlock it. *
