hey ppl wondering if u can shed some light on a situation im in.had an accident in my car a month ago.my insurance co wrote the car off.like i said its been a month and my insurance company keep saying it will be dealt with soon.im thinking this is taking way too long.iv not even been given a courtesy car so its all odd to me.any ideas how i can get the lazy sods to get a move on? * +

tell them that they either hurry the claim along or supply courtesy car now. or tell them u will hold them responsible 4 all transport costs incurred from now onwards. double check policy also 2 see whether u are defo entitled 2 courtesy car. maybe threaten 2 take ur business elsewhere in future if their service is d*mn. * +

only a month? What do you expect from an insurance co. They are notorious for hanging on to their money. Do as pawel says, check you are entitled to a courtesy car, if so keep on at them till you get what you are owed. Basically become a pain in the till they sort your claim just to get rid of you. * +
