That wasnt slow fo a 3.6l straight six in 1967.. D shelby tuned gt350 did 0-100 in 6.6s in 1966. * +

hi 5s sounds about right . of cause 0 _ 60 mph is a test of traction not speed . i think the whole aston range is a bit dull at the moment , the vanquish was nice but now its dated. they do look a lot better in the flesh tho . * +

they were claimed 325bhp, but even new thats a dream. at best they produced 280 really. best bit wioth them is that you can buy one, and have it modernised without affecting the exterior. modern suspensions, brakes, radial tyres, engine tuning so it DOES actually produce 325bhp+ that must be one of the best cars ever to own. the looks are preserved, ageless. but the performance and reliability too *
