Do you want to use those Round counter sunk Truck light trailer lights? I have seen it on an old Fiat Abarth, it looked really nice! As far as the law is concerned the important thing is that the light is manufactured to spec meaning its visible up to a certain range, complies with colour coding ie. Red for brake, orange for indicators, white for reverse... It must be properly fixed to the vehicle and not pose a hazard to the roadworthyness of the vehicle then it should be fine to use... * +

The whole reason the Law became so strict was because of the high accident and death rate, due to backdoor modifications like cutting springs, those Taiwan steering hubs and steering wheels that have bolts that usually break or come off whilst driving lol not to mention those 2piece gear that also falls apart! not forgetting the clip on racing pedal covers that jamm... Especially the cheap NOS kits that dont include a flash back arrestor... Etc etc etc hence they want us to stick with sta * +

standardized stuff cause most modz are done backdoor... Id never give my car to mod to just any1 rather keep her standard and be alive than dead! alfa * +

Dont they work on 24v? * +

yugo_zn 14.03.09 - 06:19am
It does work with 24V but you can replace the bulbs with a 12V one, thats if they the bulb type. Some work with LEDs not sure if those are 24V or 12V but its easy to convert, by using a 12V regulator circuit 7812 or 12V zener diode... * +

o0o0pz i meant if its 12V being supplied frm 24V use a 12v regulator but if 24V lamp n being suppied with 12V either modify the lamp circuit or use a power transistors then regulate at 24V... LoL hectic stuff but i think they come in 12V aswell so findout at your supply store 1st... * +
