i must admit i have a soft spot for thoes early evos , i liked the looks and what the did. and apart from the tommi makini , none of the other evos float my boat. but addmitedly i dont know much about them early evos. what where they like performance wize and how did thy compare to the j*p metel of the era ? would they be a worthy investment now * +

ok been looking into the adds , the evo 3 looks a bit awkwad too me but 1 and 2s and 3s are dirt cheep , most below 3k with 80k on clock 280bhp too 300bhp , light wieght 4x4 .... very tempting. most imports. * +

id not bother that low bob but from 7upwards i mean can get evo 9at 12 n 16k so depends on your buget i guess * +

i wouldnt pay a lot for a evo. 10k or over is too much. but them cheeper 1 too 3s id be happy with. cheep thrash about fun. the newr ones need a lot of TLC . i could see me in a r32 or evo II
