at a company i used to work for we had lease agreements for any car we wanted within a price parameter. think it was 35k aud. the terms were simple 100pw plus 6mthly service and replace the tyres every 80thoukms. minium 18mth lease b4 trading it up. i never did but a mate got a top of the range calais and redid a new lease for the next new model type that got released i.e. vt calais to a vx calais * +

after his 18mth agreement ran out. if you left the company or got sacked you had two options buy out the car or pay out the remainder of the lease. * +
