Hey can any one tell me if the new licence plate law is out yet in south africa cos if it is im nt gona drill holes in my car to put none returnable screws in my car bt i hav a way to foul metro * +

I think its from february all new cars must be fitted with new plates but dont know how much time we will be given to change all cars to new plates * +

I read in sns that all car must hav new plates wit non returnable screws in them i hav a plan thou im a cut the heads frm the screws an glue it to my plates no holes in my car * +

But whats the deal with this bolted on number plate story? I think they want us to leave out the plate holder, drill the plate and use the existing holes to bolt it BUT Perspex should'nt be drilled into cause it can crack! Especially at the front with wind pressure and if it happends to get bumped the plate will crack if its fixed and too stiff. * +
