lost a court case today. 150k in damages and 700k costs too a family living close buy complaing about noise !!! croft may have to close because of this. blood stupid

The tracks been there for years. tosss moaning they don't like the noise shouldn't move there in the first place. A good moto x track got shut down close to me last year cos of a few s out the raf moaning about the noise * +

the same thing happened at castle combe circuit. The british gt championship was axed from the callander because the exhausts were too loud. my question is why move next to a race track if you hate noise? * +

We have the same problem here, killarney has been there for as long as I can remember. At the edge of a industrial area,but now with the new housing projects going up they are building closer and closer to the track and the new residents already started complaining bout the oval track racing and all events must be finished by 10pm.
