In the roadworthy test, they check all your Functioning of Lights, Vehicle alignment, Doors, Window winder mechanism, Bumpers are secure, Oil and any other leaks, Exhaust system if its secure, Windscreen if its cracked, Wipers if they function and wiper blades, Tyres and Tread, Major wear and tear if its visible, Oddometer definately has to be working, Rubber Pedal covers must be good condition... * +

Thats roughly it, theres minor things that i may have missed out, Number plate has to be clear, visible and secure, Seatbelts must function wherever theres a passenger seat, Door and other mirrors must be in order, if its an old car 2xRed Reflectors at the back and 2xWhite Reflectors at the front if the vehicle doesnt have it built-in to the light panel but i think the reflector thing is optional? * +

Brakes both Hand and Foot brake must function, if the vehicle is Manual the clutch must and must be able to select any gear without any hassles, Engine bay must be neat and engine not too noisey, Bonnet hindges and especially the bonnet lock must be in order! CV and other Suspension rubber boots renewed if cracked. Most of the test is Visual inspection fix all the visible faults first...... alfa *
