Throttle body basicly means the part or casing wer d b*tterfly valve is situated in. I.o.w, a carb wud also consists of a throttle body. On fuelinjection types ul find alonestandin throttle bodies as ther only task is to house d b*tterfly nd Tps. Bike carbs aint throtle bodies but sidedraught units. Clear enuf? * +

Itb's are a fuel injection alternative to side drafts,most fuel injectored motors have one throttle body,putting individual throttle bodies on a fuel injected vehicle is like putting side drafts on a carb vehicle *
