If you have full holes it will need to be cut and replaced with new metal. If its surface rust it can be sanded away and use rust neutralizer. I restore classic cars professionally so I know my way around it. Any questions inbox me * +

from personal experience there is always more rust hidden. i dont believe in bog or putty. only way to get rid of every single bit of rust it to baremetal the entire car. then cut out the rust and weld in new metal. unless you know an ole skool lead worker who can patch the rust holes depending on the size and amount of rust you have. i've only found rust on my seal panels and that is an easy fix * +
