depends what you want out off the engine there are twin turbo kits availible which incorperste all cooloing ect from 500bhp th 100bhp * +

well there so many availible atm for the 350z prices not to bad tbh just depends on how much bhp because some are straight bolt on some may require pro fitting especially the 1000bhp kits think starting at 2grand i not sure just do a search titled twin turbo conversions for 350z your get tons off options ect * +

a chip wont boost bhp that much big bhp increase needs cooling and induction a chip would help with remapping but you can get all you need from the fore mentioned upgrade kits * +
