also.if u dont want 2 spend the cash on carbon,and dont want 2 sand the bumper so paint will stick.go 2 ur supplier of fibreglazz meterialz,and ask 4 a vynial ester resign.itz the only resign that stickz 2 plastic and allowz u 2 bond over the top of it.the other resgin that bondz 2 plastic iz opoxy r180.it would stick 2 if needed 2,a tip 4 cracked bumperz! * +

if your paintin it with a gun it is very expensive, but if you get a good quality aerosol like spraymatch it gives out a good spray unlike the cheaper tins u get, * +

ok so this is just my 2 cents but have you thought about staining it versus painting it? there is a product out there (i am currently searching for the name) that stains plastic car parts so you don't have to worry about flaking.. I'll keep searching for the product but that was my thoughts on the flaking issue... * +

Is your layers of paint(ie. Primer plus paint) flaking right off the bumper? Sometimes that happens if theres too much hardner! Bumper plastic is flexible so should the paint... Spraying resin over it should work but only if you rub down the bumper a lil. Lightly sand it if you want that regular bumper finish with P800 remember you just wana take off the shine, then spray with primer and Paint.... *
