could be valve clearances,or needing re-jetting to suit the new exhaust. What sort of bike?how many kms or hours it got on the motor? * +

also as a diagnostic test, put the old exhaust back on,if the problem stops then it's most likely a jetting issue * +

Can it be to small valve clearence?it did backfire with the old one as well.just softer. * +

O yes,it has only 2000KM * +

unlikely that the valve clearance is too small,as motors wear, the clearances increase. You could maybe try an adjustment of the air/mixture screw on the carburettor, most bikes will have them and it's often never checked.. It will be a bra55 colour, plain screwdriver type, small screw, possibly just near the idle screw, wind it all the way clockwise till it's fully closed, then back it out 1 full turn- * +

-then another half turn,1.5 turns out is a pretty standard setting. If that fails to have any effect, you could try lowering the needle one step if possible, the effect will be to lean the midrange a little, the needle is found in the centre of the carb slide, they usually have a range of slots with one circlip that determines it's base setting, raising the clip to a higher slot will lean the mixture- * +
