My car's license paid up till feb 2008.it doesn't have COR but when i get it licensed whats d penalties gonna be like? What if its been paid up till feb 07? South Africa.vehicle mass=+-900kg if it even makes a difference. * +

For 3 years the penalty is R420 so it should be less than that. * +

If the car is licenced n up to date but without COR, its R30 set for the transaction fee plus R26pm, but expired disc mayb a lil mor than R26pm plus the 1ce off transaction fee... Mayb abt R300 or less * +

i a55 ume the car is not registered in your name then if you need rwc and the penalty is 10perc per month of your licence fee acc to the weight should not be more than R220 a year * +
