dunno about making it, its about 75p a litre by me and its fine to use on older diesels not modern 1's like vw/audi pd engines * +

its safe to use just be careful when yr making it though you should be in a well ventilated area when you are making it as it may explode ! * +

i agree,hydrogen cells are easy to make.the cars electric power is more than ample to run them and they can increase your fuel efficiency by a substantial amount. * +
