First check the brake linings.Maybe one of the locking springs has given up. .Or they need replacing.Than remove the discs to check if they have warped.Lastly look at bearings * +

bearings are a distinct sound when they collapse or are badly worn, they rumble rather than drone. also a collapsed bearing will almost certainly allow play in the wheel. grip it 12 and 6, then 3 and 9 and try to move the edges away and towards you. the wheel should be tight and practically unmovable with a good bearing, a damaged one will show signs of play * +

obviously do this when the vehicle is jacked up and room to get your hand in the 6 o clock. just spinning the wheel freely too and listenign with your ear at the hub will reveal bearing rumble * +

Just change de bearings,it's cheap n easy(if ye changin discs at same time) to do the rear's.just buy grease along wit the kit, they don't include grease wit rear.take the break pads out n then spin to see if noise is there. *
