buy a tvr...... ok so heres the saga so far; tvr dies on me, garage round back fits new alternator and batery 480 quid.... problem not fixed, so off to spicialist, they send of dash ecu to blackpool for reprogram, 2 months pass, dash back...car still broken, needs new battery spicialist says ??? is new i say ! hmmm back to drawing board then * +

2 more weeks pass, tadarn problem solved the ALTERNATOR new one is faulty, sending out some wrong charge or something like that , that killed the battery and fried the dash great spicialist says valves sound terible tho, needs checking rebuild engine if ed. marvelous. spicialist charge for dash 450, for new alternator and valve work anthother 500 ... call it a grand * +

so 3 months off the road and a bill for 1480 give or take. spicialist says other garage should give me back money for first alt and battery ..... should they ? top that off got 16 days of mot left and that means 800 quid worth of cats needed or a dodgy mot man , god help me , cant wait to sell it , just want rid now , biggest heart ache ever (stress) * +

I would be onto the first garage bob. no way should you be paying for faulty parts fitted by them. I'm trying to convince my mate not to get a tvr. it should be crystal clear to him why as the guy along the road has 2 and they are always breaking down * +
