a decent kit in the uk is 200gbp but they are illegal cause you've gotta have headlight washers and self leveling headlights etc. The bulbs I have quoted will fit standard fitment and the PIAA ones are cracking but a set of dipped beam, high beam and sidelights comes in at roughly 130gbp. The phillips extream are 70 brighter than standard bulbs and the difference can be seen * +

but they retail around 35gbp to 60gbp. 60gbp is meant to be the retail price but I don't know what you can get over there so maybe someone else will be able to give you an idea if you can get them and how much they cost * +
