You can often buy older (say 10+ years), less notable F1 cars for roughly the same price, but they rarely have their original engines because well.....engines back then were only designed to last a race distance before being thrown away. Many have larger capacity Judd replacement units to run with.

If you're talking an actual race winning or notable F1 car, the price will probably be considerably more. If however you're asking how much it costs to build a current F1 car, then it's easily 5m per car. * +
