sad day in uk as Unipart has ceased trading in many branches with over 1200 job losses . 33 branches remain open as a going concern * +

I worked for Tibbett and Britten, then Unipart took over and rustled some feathers. That was in a car parts warehouse in the 90s.
I didn't work there much longer, I got the asre with the place and moved on.
Big name still, if nowhere near as big as they once were. Part of the old British car industry that failed, I don't know how things evolved for them - evidently, not very well. * +

The owner of unipart wouldnt move with the times. old style packaging was the downfall..bit tesco value * +
