S60 R is an incredible thing, people really under estimate Volvo's performance cars. If the engine in the R is anything like the N/A 2.4 in the normal S60 then it will be bulletproof, those motors just keep going. * +

I am considering an S60R too. It looks rather unassuming and innocent. But it is ridiculously fast and not that expensive to insure either. I would probably alter the wheels and some little body mods because it seems a bit dull to me, but the performance is unquestionable. Something like 5.4s to 60 right?

Thing is the insurance is cheaper on an S60R than a bunch of considerably slower cars It is so subtle. Too plain for my tastes but it would be fun to shock people in it. Certainly a LOT of car for the money, a good one maybe 4.5k now. Pittance for that performance and spec * +

Yep, awful colour. They came in that, red and i think you could get black to? Ive only seen them in red and sky blue here, and id take red any day. * +
