Iam in south africa and want to buy a new car, was thinking of a polo vivo but after all the problems people experience with them now am not so sure * +

Own two vw's. One polo. Its a cheap plastic car with expensive parts. For eg. Recon gearbox R7500, throttle body R7000, o2 sensor R2500, one frnt wheel bearing replacement at vw R3000. Bearing cost R1200, machining it in n out R1000, labour R800. Buy Toyota. * +

Not only are they expensive to fix but hijackers/car thieves LOVE them, they are the modern day Citi golfs. Look into Hyundai, the i20 is quite a package, also Ford Figo. *
