Ok my golf has issues with its steering . Whenever i turn the steering the horn (hooter) goes . Even my bright lights turn the horn on. My friend told me its because my steering rack is loose and i need to change my ignition housing seeing as its broken . Wat do your'll think . Please help . *

maybe a wire is shorting out. take steering wheel off and have a look. *
