Ok i got a golf mk1 and wanted to know wat would sound better ? I dnt want a sub . I currently got a set of sony 6x9s 300w. Also could get a set of blue pioneer 6x9s 280w . Set of kenwood 7x10s 320w or pioneer 8 inch limpids ? Wat do you think would be beta suited ? I want ba55 but not alot that a sub would deliver plus i can add an amp. * +

6*9 7*10 cant be used for sound quality install,they distort way too easily cos of their shape. * +

get the pioneer 8 inch limpids and 2 pairs of pioneer 6 inch split system, get a decent 4 channel amp as well. * +

Subs work great on a golf Mk1 carrying the base in2 the passenger compartment. Seriously think of putting a sub box facing up in ur boot with jacks to remove easily when loading. Dnt waste ur time with 6x9s, 7x10s if u want quality sound, distortion is bad. * +
