Yeah mate that hose is well clear blowin through it no worries. As i said thermo kicks in an water goes into rad and the other outflow pipe is warm 2. Just that 1 thing that seems to be ing it all up. Thanx for your help bud! * +

ok firstly opels cooling system is under high pressure when hot. start your car run it till its hot turn it of see of you open the water bottle if it boils out of the bottle you have enough pressure in the system IIRC it should be around 3bar * +

if it does not boil out when its hot you must have a blockage or a stuck water pump * +

Ok thanks 4 the help guys i aint drivin it to i get it sorted tho dn wana blow hg looks like a overpriced mechanic will have to b called:/ corsa is notorius 4 the hassle involved in getin to the pump. Belts and allsorts to c*m off. Any1 got rough idea how much new waterpump costs? * +

Took car to garage turns out waterpump is ed 100 bux all in supplied n fitted:) will let u all know how it goes! *
