Hi! Im taking part at a track day soon with my toyota corolla. Atm the engine has done about 2000km with castrol edge. Would the oil be okay to take part with?viscosity wise is it ok as well? * +

Depends how hot you're gonna run the engine. As standard you'll probably be best with 5w/40 as 30 will be too thin even with a road thermostat (about 80oC) when driving hard. The make is irrelevant,just make sure it passes SM and B4. Some fully synth's are only SL and B3. *
