Dropping off boost, its not holding as well as it used to! When i first had the car it was boosting at 14psi its only boosting 10psi now! Anyone know what the problem could be? Ive cleaned out the boost solenoid with carb cleaner it hasnt made an ounce of difference. * +

Cud b a ton of tings! Leaking exh manifold n turbo gaskets, cracked intercooler, loose or cracked intercooler pipes, damaged/burned wastegate seat.. Etc etc. * +

I will say the intercooler is not in the best of nick on her the gillings are a bit squashed! I got an uprated intercooler on order ill put that on and go from there! * +

1 bar is 14psi i think! Does anyone know how much more bhp a full decat will give? Ive just bought a decat pipe i know its going to be loud but does it increase performance? * +

only slightly.it wont pa55 a mot test with a de cat u will have to change it when the mot is due and if you up rate anything you should tell your insurance co * +

Aye the insurance would be void if you dont inform them. I wont be uprating anything more just the decat, when i bought the car it had a pipercross induction kit, a baileys dump valve, and a slight remap its running at 280 bhp i dont want more than that the internals wont handle it! Its only a uk 2000 turbo! * +
