under victorian hoon laws, he was caught and charged by police in melbourne for fishtailing and doing a burn out. Hes been charged with improper use of a car. Hes merc under the new laws will be impounded for 48 hours * +

I see how petty it seems, but, as said, he at the end of the day is on a public road with set laws, n if I or u did this, we too in uk, would get careless n reckless plus dangerous driving charges:) so- sod him, that n he's only racing thro nepatism * +

its not reckless like this was, but some drivers in certain countries have escaped speeding bans as the charge was dangerous driving i.e high speeds, but the driver has presented a racing license and argued that this isnt dangerous for them and they are in full control
