Hi my front rims become warm/hot after every journey. Is this normal? The car is a front wheel drive. * +

Do you do alot of hard braking? Could be normal. Go for a good long drive on a quiet road and coast to a stop without using the brakes. If your wheels are hot, check your brakes aren't rubbing * +

I drive normally most of the times. Yes it may be a break problem but if so the heating should be in all wheels. Could it be a bearing that is too tight? * +

my dad once had a prob wit da brakes rubbing, the thing kept on bursting tyres. only the rears, so I don't think it'll show on all 4. * +

rims do become warm/hot when you drive,regardless of weather/driving style. * +

If a piston is sticking, it will only cause that wheel to get warm * +

Haven't had burst tires yet. Will have breaks checked. The break fluid reservoir is filled slightly beyond the max level marker. The car coasts freely though. No sign of friction. * +

I guess the heat comes from your normal friction then. cause I know rims get quite hot. * +
