could try changin your trans fluid. A m8 bought a car dirt cheap cos the auto box was fkked, changed the atf and it worked fine. Worth a try * +

Check level of auto fluid in gearbox its prob very low. * +

Yeah thanx guys it was the Gearbox. It's fixed now but I sold it to the mechanic. I don't plan on buying another e30. Hate played the part. *
