No it wnt work! D ess*x is 1 of d motors with d most overheating problems. Most of that probs r due to poor circulation or or too small radiator. D original 3.0 radiator on d cortinas was actualy designed fo europe condition nd 90perc of 3.0 radiators wer custom converted to 3cores. Nt even a regular diesel bakkies radiator r gud enuf, u realy hav to make sure u get d biggest nd thickest radiator. * +

I used a 2ltr capri radiator as a make shift repair in my 2.8 capri after my m8 reversed his towbar thru my grill and never had any problems, granted my V6 was cologne and not ess*x, and dare say ur climate is a hell of a lot warmer than mine so rsi might hav a point... Give it a try and see, a minimal front grill and bonnet vents might help if the 2ltr rad struggles... * +

Yep! Nutin sounds like an old 3.0 ford with branches n freeflow! Yea d climate is our biggest prob recurv. D cologne motor tho doesnt hav half d issue d ess*x got lol. Stil luv d ess*x tho. * +
